Fauna and Flora Creations with Sandie M. Sutton

Make your own glorious Island adornments. Create flowers, fishes and butterflies to wear during your visit to Granddad’s Island. Guided by Sandie M. Sutton and artist helpers, you will use tissue paper, coloured wire, card, and recycled plastic milk bottles to create wonderful island themed headbands and other wearable decorations.

Sandie Sutton is a local artist, based at Blackhorse Lane Studios and is a sculptor/maker who works with recycled and
reclaimed materials, predominately reclaimed plastic. Her representations of the natural world make a visual comment on the tide of dumped plastics and the environment.
