DashDotDance

DashDotDance is an inclusive dance company based in Waltham Forest, passionate about bringing quality dance opportunities to people of all abilities through performances and workshops. Led by Artistic Director Vicki Busfield, the company works with disabled and non-disabled dancers and in 2019 was part of ‘Make it Happen’ for the Waltham Forest London Borough of Culture, delivered in partnership with The Limes Community and Children’s Centre. The 2019 Walthamstow Garden Party, saw DashDotDance lead a BSL interpreted inclusive dance workshop, on the News From Nowhere Stage and this year the company is excited to be part of Walthamstow Garden Party In the Air, with a new dance performance re-imagined on film.

What is the best creative 'hack' you have discovered during lockdown?
The cardboard inside of a toilet roll can easily be used as a makeshift phone camera stand. Cut two slits half-way down the length on both sides, wide enough to fit your phone in and voila!
